Lo All ,
I have an audio problem ever since I installed my Kubuntu.
When I click the audio icon at the bottom right and adjust the volume nothing happens.
So I went to the "mixer" button and I saw 2 audio devices.
1. HDMI Audio Digital Stereo
2. Internal Audio Digital Stereo
The HDMI one is the one showing in the volume control when clicking on the icon.
When I go to the "mixer" and adjust the volume on the internal one , then the volume actually changes.
So obviously I need the Internal one to be the default one on the volume icon on the bottom right.
Otherwise I have to go all the way into the mixer everytime I want to adjust my volume.
Hoe do I set the internal audio device to be the default on the volume icon please.
Kubuntu 11.04 64bit. Running on laptop Acer Travelmate 5742G.
Using internal speaker. HDMI port not being used to connect to anything.
