there isn't one, yet. Packaging 4.7rc1 for 11.10 has been more time consuming due to some packaging changes, so it will be a short wait before it becomes available for Natty. rc2 will be much easier once they fix any kinks in rc1.
There are no plans for rc1 packages for natty, they will wait for rc2 -

Good to know. I"ve been distracted by non-linux issues in my life, and haven't been able to keep up with the news. Now that I know that I haven't missed anything, I can keep an eye out for announcements.
