Notifier Widget locks up entire Plasma Desktop at random

The Notifier widget keeps locking up the Plasma Desktop at pure random. It'll start popping up Running Job notifications and then it will say that the job is done, and the Plasma Desktop will be fine for about 1 second and then it will start another Running Job. It gets stuck in this loop of Jobs that don't even exist. I took a snapshot of both the running job popup and the finished popup. Any ideas?

~Bump~ Any ideas?? It keeps doing it to me. This has happened since KDE 4.5.
