    Flash player eats a lot of CPU

    Hi all,
    I've installed kubuntu 11.04 with Google Chrome like browser, but this last doesn't work with flash (i read in the web that the version 11 can). Anyway, I downloaded libflashplayer.so 64bit (for kubuntu 64bit version) version from Adobe site and I installed it in the "plugins" directory of Chome root. Now, I can see example a youtube video, but...the CPU just watching a video arrives up to 60%!
    If I'm with the laptop battery viewing a video on youtube eats all the battery

    There is something to do?

    PS: I've already installed kubuntu-extras but flash didn't work, so i downloaded original flash player from adobe site.

    If Flash doesn't work on Google Chrome then isn't that a Google Chrome problem?

    I don't think installing other Flash plugins will have any effect on the Google Chrome problem.

    Does anyone have a better understanding of how this works in Kubuntu?

        Re: Flash player eats a lot of CPU

        Yes but I'm using kubuntu 64bit so I've to install flash 64 bit
        I have tried both Firefox and Chrome:
        Firefox watching a video on youtube is about 40% of CPU;
        Chrome instead is about 50/60%.

        Where is the problem? I tried then 32bit version whit nspluginwrapper:
        Chrome is ever about 50/60%;
        Firefox is abount 30%...

        Please help me
