Hi forum,
Right now I'm customizing my own menu (without menu editor). What I'm doing is to create a different menu structure. So I followed the XDG menu spec and created my own menu structure.
However, I found that the menu layout attributes like "show_empty", "inline", ... etc., seemed to be ignored.
As far as I know, the XDG menu spec documents defined how a menu should be generated. The implementation should be by distribution vendors. Is that true? If yes, does kubuntu (ubuntu) fully follow XDG menu specs?
Thanks.
