I am using kubuntu 11.04 in english environment, but set up ibus environment (installed both gtk and qt4) for chinese input.
I did load up ibus-kde in locale under english (us) and added kimpanel widget on my desktop environment.
However, it seems after reboot, other plasma-widget will just open their respective menus in any other place than where it should be, misslocation (like on the upper-side of my screen).
The only possible solution I found is this:

Anyways. I am not really sure if this is correct, nor, I don't know how to patch.
