RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+ (rev 10)" which is automatically used by Ubuntu without any problem, Kubuntu looks to use it too, but asks for the net password many times without connecting, I don't know what happen. the other point is the microphone, I've installed Skype all works Ok but not the microphone, I don't know how to make it work

Solution
My problem with the WiFi connection was very simple, my password is totally numeric, and the system asks that two times one for 128 bits and hexadecimal, I always gave as for 128 bits and I don't know for what reason the system changed it for the hexadecimal, now I've corrected giving it for hexadecimal, and it got connected,
