CD's no longer autoload

After updating my HP laptop from 10.10 to 11.04 it no longer auto loads CD's. Prior to the update when a CD was placed in the computer the Device Notifier would show the CD and options I had to start it. This no longer happens. The Device Notifier still works with USB devices.
