hi all
first, sorry for my bad english and thanks a lot for your help.
i have upgrade my kubuntu today and now my touchscreen (elo) didn`t
worked after upgrade to natty. i miss the package "xserver-xorg-input-evtouch".
i have installed the driver from elo self, this one;
http://www.elotouch.com/files/driver...3.5.2_i686.tgz
the touchscreen works now fine, but it is not identified as a "real" mouse. so i have some problems; i can not wake up the screen, if it is
in standby mode, etc.. I have to put a mouse on the computer to do this. as i remember, with the
"xserver-xorg-input-evtouch"-package, the touch was identified as a mouse and was also visible
in /proc/bus/input/devices.
with `cat /dev/usbmon6` i can see something even i touch on the screen.
does anyone now, how i can identify the touch as a "real" mouse, or is there any backdoor for the "xserver-xorg-input-evtouch" package in natty?
thanks
