If you can't help, you can take you overlard back to your rock,
Kubuntu don't need that kind of crap.

...oshunluvr is just asking you, first to help yourself, and second to help us, to help you...

...If you have tried to help yourself, why not tell us what you have already done?...

...But if you don't help us, we can't help you...

Just because you have a Dell Precision M6300 laptop doesn't mean that we know what wireless card you have. Dell didn't always use one type of wireless card for one model of laptop. It might have used type "A", then type "B" and later type "C". Even someone else has a Dell Precision M6300 will not know, for sure, what wireless card YOU have.

How can YOU find out what wireless card you have, so you can tell us? Have you already done this? I don't know.

(I assume that you have already looked at "Top 20 Kubuntu FAQs & Answers" - http://kubuntuforums.net/forums/inde...opic=3099811.0 and scrolled down to Question # " 8.a. Wireless Doesn't Work." )

Open Konsole Terminal Program and issue the command:
        lspci
(That's l for Lemur and not I for India). What appears on the line that says "Network Controller". That will tell us what wireless card YOU have and what we are dealing with.

          ^ Start there.

You're not the first person to have trouble getting wireless to work, and you won't be the last. IMHO the manufacturers of wireless hardware need to step up to the plate here.
