removing nvidia-current-modaliases

(solved) Any one know if allowing nvidia-current-modaliases to be removed would crash my video. It has been listed as remove in Synaptic for the last three or four days. There is getting to be a lot of other updates waiting for this to be solved.

I don't think it will cause anything to crash, it is just a list of pci id's that help identify devices. I can't quickly discover why the package does not exist anymore (or if has been renamed or its contents moved to another package).

Thanks you were correct. I updated today and all worked. I suspected this would be the case but video issues are a black hole I always fall into and can never dig my way out.
