I've been googling, but cannot find the partitioner in Kubuntu. I want to turn off one swappartition and create a new one on another (faster) drive.

EDIT: Found gParted in kpackagekit - I assume this is what Kubuntu uses? It would be better if it had a custom-partitioner taylored to debian/K/Ubuntu/
