[SOLVED] lbreakout2 crashes with "segmentation fault"

My system froze up the other day while playing lbreakout2. I powered down, powered back up, and now whenever I try to run the game I get a segmentation fault.

    Code:
    ~$ lbreakout2
    LBreakout2 2.6.1
    Copyright 2001-2005 Michael Speck
    Published under GNU GPL
    ---
    Looking up data in: /usr/share/games/lbreakout2
Looking up custom levels in: /home/mp/.lgames/lbreakout2-levels
    Loading theme 'AbsoluteB'
    Saving highscore chart in: /var/games
    Segmentation fault
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but no change. No other programs seem affected.

Help for a hopeless lbreakout2 addict?

    Try this:
    Code:
    sudo rm /var/games/lbreakout2.hscr
    rm -r ~/.lgames

ubuntuku, you totally rock the house!

I figured it had to be something that simple and one of the first things I thought was if deleting the high score table would do the trick. But just didn't quite know how to do it.

Thanks again! Now I can resume my normal homework-procrastination routine! 8)
