Programs running in WINE for multiple users

I'm setting up a Kubuntu box for my kids, and would like to install some of their favorite windows games to run under WINE.

I've noticed that it only installs under the current user.

Is there a way to install all the programs they want under one user's WINE installation, then copy it to the other users?

    1. If so, how do you copy to other people's user accounts?

    2. What would the permissions look like?

    thanks!

Here's one way http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=917422 although I've done this in the past using PCLinuxOS and it was way less complicated.

All I remember doing was creating a shared .wine directory on a shared partition and using group permissions. I think I had to create my own program icons, but I was able to allow all my users to all play Warcraft III.

Thanks for the link, I think this is exactly what I was looking for. I'll give it a try and report back how it works!
