I second CWP, It does not have dependency issues like the otherwise nice yaWP.

No widgets, just the Weather Channel plugin for FF. Works well, stays out of the way when I don't want to see it, provides alerts, and an easy way to look at forecasts. Very nice, been using it for a long time.
