I have decided to leave kmail for now. I won't get into all the reasons. I have looked for something simple like thunderbird, but kde or qt based, and haven't found anything. What email client are you using and why?

I use claws-mail and love it. It's light and fast and doesn't have a buncha garbage I don't need in a mail client.we see things not as they are, but as we are.

Of course, that's a GTK+ (Gnome) client, but it doesn't pull in loads of Gnome stuff, so maybe...Windows no longer obstructs my view.

Guy on the ubuntuforums was recommending claws-mail also and it looks pretty lean on dependencies. I will give it a shot and report back. Thanks.FKA: tandersonComment
