KDM System Settings "Get new Themes" does not work

Hi there,
I tried to use the "get new themes" button of the System Settings / KDM page, but, although I can download the new themes, they do not show up in the choice list. Where are they downloaded? Why the list does not list them?

openDesktop.org is a network of portals and community websites for open source and free software projects - it is a meeting point for both free software users and developers. Everyone can upload and download artwork, applications, documents and other files....

"Everyone can upload" - so everyone is not considering things like:
- Will this work with the KDE "Get New Themes"
- Is this right place to upload
- etc...
