Tagging files in Dolphin?

After upgrading my hardware a bit and uprgrading to Maverick, I thought I'd give nepomuk another go and try to tag some of my files. But now I can't see any option to tag my files in dolphin.

I reset my dolphin configs to default, made sure nepomuk was set to run, and reinstalled strigi, but I still don't see it. Has it moved?

In dolphin if you press F11 to bring up the information panel you should be able to tag files and rate them. You should be able to access this through the main menu view/panels but for some reason it is not available in maverick on my computer. I hope that solves you problem.
