Sopcast in chromium (or whatever browser)

Can someone post a tutorial explaining how to get sopcast working for my Kubuntu 10.10 ? Old posts are... well... outdated...
i would like to use Sopcast (or a clone for that matter) to watch TV programs online

here is one example of a site (the best i found fitted for me) and if you guys can help me use it fully it would be great. It requires IE , Sopcast and media player (so it works flawlessly in WIN7). All other similar sites that cast TV Programs online are allmost mirrors of this one

    THE SITE : http://www.cool-webtv.net/tv-channel...al-online.html

its not working... at all... unable to get it via repos, via download it's uninstallable due to :
Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: sp-auth (>=3.0.1)

sp-auth is uninstallable due to :
Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: ia32-libs|lib32stdc++5

I've already copied the lib files in lib folder... yet same errors...

        i'm out of ideas...
