[SOLVED] login screen modify in kubuntu 10.10

Hi folks there ...
I would like to know how can i change the awful login theme (Ethais) included in kubuntu 10.10 as the only and the unique login theme. I tried everything as sudo user, but it always failed. Thanks.

You can go here to find the theme of your liking.

Once you download it go to system settings>login screen (might be called something different in 10.10) and load the theme.
