Program Installation: Tk Application problem - DISPLAY

Hi all,

I want to install ANSYS 12 on Kubuntu 10.10, but when I input ./INSTALL in the appropriate path that's what I receive:


Application initialization failed: this isn't a Tk applicationcouldn't connect to display ":0.0" Please set your DISPLAY correctly.

What can I do?

I thought it was solved by copying the folder onto the linux partition from the NTFS, but the problem is still there.

Any help is appreciated.
