Hello,
I have just updated from Kubuntu 10.04 to 10.10. After restarting my machine I get a screen with my username and asking for a password. I had my 10.04 running so that I could boot up without a password. I only needed to use one to get superuser privileges. I would like to keep it that way. Should I use that password? There is also a drop down list with these three options:
Default (previous)
KDE
Failsafe
Which (if any) of these should I choose. It is a nice clean updated Kubuntu and I would like to start without pressing all the wrong knobs.
Thanks for any help.
John
