Desktop video capture software for (K)ubuntu [SOLVED]

    Hi,
I need to capture some video recordings with audio comments in Kubuntu 10.10.
    I have tried so far:
    • Istanbul - found it glitchy, only recorded few seconds out of minute.
    • RecordItNow - I did not understand how to work with command line. When installed Qt-version of it from Adept, it did not start.
    • XVidCap - found it very useful. Though it slows down computer, but I can cope with this.

The issue I have with XVidCap is that I don't get sound recorded here. Istanbul records sounds, and I also have sound in Skype -> sound card input is working. When I go to XVidCapPreferences, I see audio device as /dev/dsp, and I cannot find this file/device in /dev.

Any ideas what I need to use instead of /dev/dsp?
    Or maybe other software advices?
Ideally same software should work in Ubuntu 10.10, as I will need to run similar task there too.
