How to install Parallels Tools?

Hello,

I have just installed the newly found and beautiful kubuntu 10.10 on my Mac via Parallels Desktop 6.
It runs OK but the resolution is not great and I got a message that I should install "Parallels Tools". Could anyone please help me? I have the Parallels Desktop DVD but there is no help there. In Parallels forum one person asked for the same question but was never replied to.

I guess nobody is running kubuntu on a mac. I will have to uninstall it and forget about it. Bye!
