Depends. Was it a torrent file, or some other P2P protocol?

It was a torrent file i got from a private sight and i've been connected all night and day now since removing it so i'm actually trying a different torrent client right now and all seems well. I've been looking into something other than transmission anyway so this could work pretty good.

Well it's not the torrent client but things seem to be a little better for now. Gonna give it a little more time before i switch to wicd.

Ok so having the same problem with wicd except now when disconnects i can't see the router at all. Don't know what the deal is but here is the dmesg report.

No probe response from AP b0:e7:54:c3:ac:91 after 500ms, disconnecting.
