    Filter SpamAssassin on X-BeenThere

    hi,
    I'm having a problem with SpamAssassin picking up e-mails from mailing lists as spam. I know I can add

    Code:
    :0:
    * ^X-BeenThere:
    to ~/.procmail to filter in-coming emails without marking them as spam, but then I would have to do this globally for all users. Is it possible to set this up in /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf? Is there something like "whitelist_from", only perhaps "whitelist_X-BeenThere"?

    Re: Filter SpamAssassin on X-BeenThere

    To anyone who's interested... What I wound up doing was installing the SpamAssassin WhiteListSubjectPlugin and filtering on [mailing list name]. Not quite as elegant as an X-BeenThere filter would have been, but I didn't have the patience to add it to each .procmail file, nor did I have time to write a WhiteListXBeenThere plugin. So far so good!
