Microsoft based VPN

Hello,

I'm searching how i can connect to my office network via VPN.
I have allready read some topics where i understand to use KVpnC.

Now i'm searching which settings i have to make!
In windows, i just have to click 'vpn connection, the ip address, login and password.
In Linux, i must select a protocol, ...

Can anyone help me to setup this connection?
