Since Maverick's release I have had these problems:
1. When resuming from suspend, I get a black screen and no unlock screen prompt.
Moving the mouse doesn't do anything but pressing a key usually bring the dialog up.
However, it often takes several key presses before it appears and other times, it doesn't come on at all and I am forced to do <Alt><Ctl><Backspace> to kill the X server and login again.
2. Again when resuming from suspend, it will often take quite some time before my wireless internet connection is active again.
Sometimes it will enable straight away but other times it takes anything up to 5 minutes before it comes back on.
I have recently added the kubuntu updates repository in the hope of fixing these issues but it hasn't helped.
I should also point out I had neither of these issues with the previous release.
