    Cant find Restricted Manager

Cant find Restricted Manager to enable ATI video card.
There is no "Advanced" button in System Settings.

Below is the instructions how to find Restricted Manager in Kubuntu 7.10, but it does not help me with 10.10...
    Any help is much appreciated!

    -----------------------------------
    ATI Radeon Video Cards

Included with your new Kubuntu system is the Restricted Manager which allows you to easily install the ATI Radeon™ binary or restricted drivers.

Procedure 1. ATI Radeon restricted driver installation

    1. Open System Settings by going to KMenu → System Settings.
    2. Once in System Settings click the Advanced tab at the top.
    3. Click the Restricted Drivers icon.

      Re: Cant find Restricted Manager

It seems I do need to enable ATI driver at all as it says "No proprietary drivers are in use on this system".

      Thank you!

Do you have all the 'visual' functionality that you expect with your ATI Radeon video card?
