I accidentally removed the system tray from the task bar, then opened the cashew and added it back. Unfortunately, everything that was previously right aligned suddenly moved all the way over to the left. So I found that I could add a spacer, and was then able to move the system tray and most other task bar program icons over to the right.
However ...
Now the indicators or tabs showing which files and applications are open have disappeared. I can used ALT + TAB to cycle through and see what's open, but there are no indicators on the task bar any more that show what's open. I tried removing the spacer, but then everything shot back over to the left, and still no indicators or tabs appear to show which applications or files are open.
Any idea how to get these indicators of what's open to show again on the task bar?
UPDATE: SOLVED -- I had to add back the task manager widget. Apparently, I had not just removed the system tray, but the task manager as well.
