I was wondering is there a way to set up in logwatch 2 mail to addresses?
cause the person who usually gets them will be on holidays for a few months.

Easiest way is to set up a .forward file in the home directory of the user going on holiday.

Filename is .forward and it needs to contain only one line - the email address of the person to whom the email should be forwarded.

Don't forget to remove the file once the user returns
