Keyboard shortcut for System Activity utility

Minor and simple I hope.

I changed the K menu keyboard shortcut to Control-Escape, works fine.

I want to change the keyboard shortcut to bring up the System Activity utility to Control-Shift-Escape. When I launch it, I can change the can change the shortcut and click OK, and it even displays in the title bar:
System Activity {Ctrl+Shift+Esc}
but after exiting the utility, it loses this shortcut. Nothing launches when I click Ctrl+Shift+Esc, and when I relaunch it, the title bar just says
System Activity

How can I set this shortcut so it will work?

Are you using kmenuedit? If yes, try a click in the save button. Without it you lose your modifications.
