Normally you'd say that's not a real problem since I could just update rubygems and retry installing rails (Ruby on Rails) but Canonical decided that it wouldn't allow users to manually update it (not via apt-get but using gem instead) and fixed its rubygem package to version 1.3.5 and throws an error every single time you try to update it. So my question is how can I update both of them, rubygems and rails?
