Hi There,
I installed GCALDaemon in an attempt to get my local things kept up to date with the data from the google server. I installed the version from http://blog.philippheckel.com/2008/0...buntu-kubuntu/ and followed http://gcaldaemon.sourceforge.net/usage4.html to configure access data. I tried to setup my Addressbook on my windows machine the w3ay it's described (only localhost replaced with my Linux hosts' IP). I however do not get any LDAP data from google in my address book.
Then I thought it may be a problem because it's not on the same host, thus I went ahead and installed and configured the Win version as described but still NOTHING.
Then - back on my Linux host - I started looking for log files or similar to get a clue from there but I don't know where it's logging, there's nothing in syslog and there's no log file i can find either. Any clues anyone?

Thank you!
Ron
