Lookin' for an easy way to modify xfce themes

Is there an easy way to just change things like active title bar (or inactive) colors or window or button colors (like you cane in KDE) without having to manually modify cryptic files?

I think I know what you mean. Can you find Xfce 4 Settings Manager>Appearance or Settings>Appearance ?

This allows you to change Style, Icons, Fonts and Settings.

Been there you can't change individual colors only styles.

Any other ideas? I just want to change the X _ and box Icons in the top right
