Cube and Desktop issues

Hi all,

Sorry if this is an exhibit in pure noobery...I am new to Kubuntu and I am trying to set up the desktop cube through CompizConfig Settings Manager. I have all of the software installed correctly and updated but for some reason the binding for cube rotation isn't working - everything else in Compiz works fine. Perhaps this has something to do with it: I am able to grab/drag my desktop. I am unsure why I can do this (is it standard and/or default?).

You need to tell us about your PC and the graphics card you are using.
