On my desktop/server machine I am trying to install the Pandora One Adobe Air app. When I start the installation I get a window that pops up for like half a second then it goes away and thats it. I have tried other Adobe Air apps and all of them had the same results. However on my laptop, also running Kubuntu 10.04 all of the Air apps work properly there. The difference between the systems is that the laptop was installed from a Kubuntu 9.10 disk and the desktop was installed from an Ubuntu 10.04 disk and the kubuntu-desktop package was added later. Is it possible that I am missing a package or something? Or is there a way to copy the working one from my laptop? Thanks!

Re: Adobe Air issue.
Nvm this, I figured it out myself... I never got the installer working but I took the /opt/Pandora folder from my laptop and copied it to my desktop. To run the app all I had to do was execute /opt/Pandora/bin/Pandora and then made a Desktop entry for it. Not the ideal way to do it I suppose but after all the files are copied over there aren't any issues.Acer Aspire 5810TZ - Debian Sid (KDE 4.5.3)/Mac OS X 10.6.3
*Intel Pentium SU2700 @ 1.3GHz, 3 gig DDR3 RAM, Intel GMA x4500*

Custom Desktop - Kubuntu 10.10 (KDE 4.6.1)
*2x Dual-Core Intel Xeon @3.2GHz, 3 gig RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT*

iPod Touch 4th Gen - iOS 4.1 (Greenpois0n Jailbreak)
*
