    the package is "qt4-qtconfig" (at least on maverick qt 4.7-rc) but the executable is "qtconfig-qt4" (although you can run it with just "qtconfig" if your /etc/alternatives/qtconfig points to the qt4 version). That probably caused the confusion.
    Very odd... they should really decide which way around they want to name it XD
