Viewing Nikon NEF raw files

I have quiet a lot of Nikon NEF raw files taken with my Nikon D90 that I would like to view in Kubuntu. I can open them in Gimp for editing but would like to view them with an image viewer.

Any image viewing programs available for this?

I'm currently using Gwenview as my primary viewer.
