Neat new Firefox feature: Organize tabs with Tab Candy

    I just came across this:
    http://www.azarask.in/blog/post/tabcandy/

and downloaded the test version from here:
    http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.o...-15284adb0a68/

This is great news for people who have lots of tabs open (like me) and forget where they all are.

    Enjoy

To me the great thing about FF is you can use windows instead of tabs. That way there's no problem. IOW, I'm not getting this.

Windows or tabs -- it makes no difference here. More than 6 of anything and I'm confused beyond recovery.

Re: Neat new Firefox feature: Organize tabs with Tab Candy

I'm a tab user. I almost never keep more than one tab open while I'm on-line. I'll open additional tabs as required, but as soon as I no longer need them, I close them.
Windows no longer obstructs my view.

Wasn't there a 'thing' about security issues and multiple open tabs recently?

I'm sure it affected FF/Linux but I canna find the link at the moment!

EDIT: Arh right 'apparently NOT Linux in this news item at least, see:
