    Firefox window size - Solved

How do I get Firefox to start with the window size the same as when I last quit it??

It used to do this under all previous versions of Kubuntu I have used.

Under 10.04, every time I start Firefox, it opens with a different window size vertically and I have to middle click the middle upper left button to get it the proper size.

I see nothing in the Firefox preferences regarding this or under the Kubuntu system settings.

Launch Firefox and enlarge and place it were you want. Then right-click on the top Window boarder and select Advanced > Special Application Settings... and on the Geometry tab check the Position and Size buttons and in the drop-downs select either Remember or Force and then click OK.
Windows no longer obstructs my view.
Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007.

Took me a long time to figure out what you meant by "OP" - Original Post I think.

That's one of the problems of visiting the forums (any forum) only when a problem arises or infrequently as time allows to scan the topics and posts. I don't really know all the tricky acronyms.

If I had my way - acronyms would be banned - is it really that hard to type the two words? Clear communications solve a lot of problems.
