Do Not Want AWN Dock in KDE , But Need that when Running GNOME

Dear Friends,
How Can I autostart AWN Dock+Compiz in GNOME, While they should not autostart when I log into KDE.

Also, Currently I have bunch of applets working in GNOME but they show error in KDE...

Any help is appreciated...

Have you tried to remove it from autostart in kde-systemsettings?
