When I maximize windows there is a gap at the top of the screen and on the right.

I saw that on the screen of one of the people I support. It turned out that he had, inadvertently, installed another panel and moved it to the top of his screen. I right moused on it and selected "Remove this panel". His browser could reach the top of the screen again. IIRC, he had shrunk the panel so that it was only an 1/8 of an inch wide but it blocked that zone entirely.
