    Amarok Fadeout

    Hi,

    Just a little thing... With a clean install of Kubuntu Lucid, the fadeout on stop option in Amarok doesn't work. When I stop playback it just halts with no fade.

    I used to like this feature in Amarok in KDE3..!

    I've tried running Amarok from a console, but can see no errors. Has anyone else had this?

    I'm using Alsa with an old Soundblaster Live PCI card - if it matters.

    No problems here. Working fine since Amarok 2.2
    Most important laptop specs (this is my main computer, with Kubuntu on it):<br /><br />4096MB RAM (DDR2)<br />500GB Hard Disk<br />ATI Mobility Radeon 4570HD Videocard with 512MB GDDR3 RAM, up to 2280MB VRAM<br />Intel® Core™ 2 Duo-processor T6600<br /><br />OS: Kubuntu 10.10

      I just rebuilt from GIT, and don't hear the fade at pause, either. On the other hand, I'm using the new toolbar, not the slim which has an actual "stop" option. Which toolbar are you using? You might try the slim and see if you get the behavior you want. Otherwise, perhaps file a bug?
