Kubuntu 10.04: Low sound in Gnome apps like SMPlayer, Flash player etc.

My flash player in web browser wasn't playing sound.
I opened kmix, found PCM channel there and set it to 100% of volume.
Sound appeared but it was significantly lower than in native Phonon apps was... (like Amarok or Dragon Player)
Also, I installed SMPlayer instead of Dragon. It has the same problem with sound - it's very low.
I've read many topics about but still didn't not find solution.
I ran kmix, alsamixer from command-line. I installed pulse audio server and its pavuchooser. Didn't help. Sound became even lower in Gnome apps.

    Can anyone help me, please?

    My system config:
    Code:
