Krunner in different locale has fewer 'plugins'

I've just noticed I don't have the unit converter plugin on Krunner on a clean formatted CD Install of Lucid.

The difference between this new install and another pc with 10.04, is the language. Is it possible?

How do I add the converter to krunner?

Do you have the package plasma-runners-addons installed ?

The plasma-runner-converter is part of the additional package plasma-runners-addons.
