newly installed widgets not in widget list

Hey all :-)

So I just installed a few widgets with the Add Widgets | Get new widgets | Download new plasma widgets button.
The do show up in that same dialog when I select the Installed radio button. However when I close that dialog so I can drag and drop the new widgets from the "widgets catalog bar".. they are no where to be found
I browsed through the All widgets category and I searched for (parts of the) names... nothing.

So where are the new plasmoids? Do I have to reboot first I have not tried logging out and back in yet, I will do that now... but I would expect new plasmoids to be in the catalog right away

Has anyone got an answer to this. I am a new KDE user and came across this same problem quite early on. I guess the answer is fairly straight forward, therefore surprised no response since last year. ../Best Regards steveb
