If I minimize a window it immediately pops back up, but you can't interact with it, it's just the image. If I move a window the cursor moves and the window moves but the image doesn't. In both cases, if i go to the top left of the screen to browse through all my open program windows, when I return the ghost image of a minimized window will be gone and a moved window will now be where it was moved to.
I hope that makes sense. This is really annoying. kde issue. Running 4.3.2.
