I put a Network System Monitor widget on the desktop to monitor the traffic on my Wireless interface and I noticed that it captures some kind of traffic all the time (screenshot is attached). So I installed the Wireshark to see what's going on. While there are spikes in the Network Monitor there are no any incoming/outgoing packets in the Wireshark for the same interface (wlan0). Moreover there is no any traffic on any interface in the system. Well maybe 4 DNS packets in a couple of minutes, but it does not reflect the picture in the monitor.
Any ideas?
