Is there a Kiosk Mode, tool for this new version?

Morning,
I am trying to setup a few small work stations as a sort of Kiosk, so people can check email, surf, edit and print a few documents (but only open/save documents to a USB flash drive), without having them have access to modify or change anything system related......I am trying this using small Asus Eee boxes...
Assistance/pointers would be greatly appreciated..

Thanks for the tip. Yes, I did do a search and found quite a few ideas...I was asking in hopes someone here had done this and found a useful tool or tools...
